Tarrawingee is a town in north eastern Victoria, Australia. The town is located in the Rural City of Wangaratta local government area, 262 kilometres (163 mi) north west of the state capital, Melbourne. At the 2006 census, Tarrawingee and the surrounding area had a population of 507.[1]
